About Aurelian Group

About

Aurelian Group is the public name of Aurelian Consulting Solutions Private Limited, the registered parent of our businesses and group companies.

Our purpose

Build capability in people, organisations and the region.

Our story

Our roots go back to 2012, when The Ark Group began as a social and educational initiative in Srinagar. Technology services followed in 2014, and Travel Utopia Kashmir in 2017.

In 2023 we registered Aurelian Consulting Solutions Private Limited and brought every venture together as Aurelian Group. Aurelian Academy launched the same year, followed by business consulting and US federal contracting in 2024 and Kashmir Boat in 2025.

Today we serve corporations, governments, universities and communities across India, the US and Europe, while staying rooted in Kashmir.

Values

What we stand for

01

Capability over credentials

We measure outcomes people can apply at work, not certificates.

02

Structure creates clarity

Every programme, proposal and project has a visible framework.

03

Rooted locally, built to global standard

Kashmir is our home; global clients set our bar.

04

Integrity in delivery

We promise what we can prove.

Group structure

How the group is organised

Our Aurelian-branded businesses share one standard of delivery. Group companies keep their own identity and carry the Aurelian endorsement. The Ark Group, our founding social initiative, is governed separately as a charitable organisation.
