The Ark Group is a grassroots humanitarian organisation in Srinagar and the founding social initiative of Aurelian Group. Founded on 1 January 2012 by a group of concerned citizens, it supports vulnerable people through relief, education, healthcare and community empowerment.
The Ark Group is governed separately as a charitable organisation. Its values are dignity, local roots, transparency and long-term impact.
Monthly food packages for low-income households, widows, orphans and displaced families.
Medicines for patients who cannot afford treatment, free medical camps and specialist consultations.
Scholarships, school supplies and tuition support for children in need.
Emergency grants for medical emergencies, funerals, fire reconstruction and livelihoods.
Community events, school outreach and rehabilitation partnerships.
Skills and livelihood training for women and youth.
